El Cid Marina Beach Hotel (Adults Only) Mazatlan, Mazatlan

My stay at El Cid Marina was truly enjoyable, with spacious, clean rooms and a stunning view of the marina. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to enhance my experience, particularly at the pools and restaurants. However, I did find the location a bit removed from some main attractions and the dining options could use a bit more variety. Overall, I felt it was a great value for money, especially considering the amenities and friendly service I received.

My stay at El Cid Marina Beach Resort was simply fantastic! The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond in their service. The rooms were spacious, though my room was a bit chilly due to lack of sunlight. The location is convenient, making it easy to walk to restaurants, and the beach was absolutely stunning with plenty of lounge chairs available. Overall, a great experience with a few minor issues.

I had a lovely time at El Cid Marina. The staff made my stay unforgettable, especially Javier at the upstairs buffet who was exceptionally attentive. The buffet was decent, but I found the a la carte dining options to be much better. The grounds were well kept but could use some minor touch-ups. Overall, it's a great place with a beautiful beach, though I found the dining service at the snack bar a bit slow at times.

We had a wonderful holiday at El Cid Granada with its all-inclusive package that included excellent dining options and spacious accommodations. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at home. However, some walkways between buildings were steep, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The resort is a bit of a trek from the historic center and the Malecon, but it was manageable for us.

My stay at the resort was a lovely experience overall. The grounds were well-kept, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. The food was quite good and I appreciated the great pool service. On the downside, the air conditioning in the room was overly powerful, and I found the beach to be crowded and not ideal for children. Despite these issues, I left feeling relaxed and satisfied with my visit.
